The course aims at delivering key elements in design and organization of transportation systems, transport policy, regulation / deregulation of transport markets, public-private-partnerships in transportation infrastructure financing, monitoring transport markets.
Learning Outcomes: After completing this course, students should be able to understand the implication of the above to the transport system design and performance. All topics are delivered using data from selected case studies.
