Chortatsiani Evangelia

Dr.Chortatsiani is an assistant Professor at the Department of Shipping, Trade and Transport of the University of the Aegean. She is a Services Economist graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a PhD in Marketing and Innovation Management from Imperial College, London. She specializes in product development, costing and marketing, competition and market regulation, in financial services, telecommunications, transport and shipping. She is also working in natural habitat preservation. She has taught extensively for reputable academic institutions in the UK and in Greece in a number of subjects in management and marketing including entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership and virtually all aspects of marketing (including marketing management, services marketing, international marketing, marketing research and consumer behavior) in areas which she teaches Marketing related courses. She has administrative and consulting experience in the areas of telecommunications and transport, education, executive training and distance learning. Dr. Chortatsiani is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece, a member of the Hellenic Association of Maritime Economists and a licensed consultant (class A) by the Economic Chamber of Greece in Business Administration and Marketing.
