• have acquired knowledge on digital technology, digital innovation and modern digital business models; also the lifecycle of digital systems and applications design and implementation
• have acquired knowledge on methodologies, techniques, languages ​​and tools for business process and e-services / applications analysis, design and development
• have the competences to apply the above techniques, knowledge and tools in the field of digital business model management and management of shipping and transport operations
• have the ability to synthesize and critically apply the technologies and techniques of business process management and service systems design  in the modern technological and business environment, in particular to evaluate and make decisions related to the implementation of digital technology projects.
