This course introduces students to the concepts of “social phenomena”, “organization of social life” and “social institutions”, “social transformations”. The course is organized in certain thematic subjects (such as the themes of “organizations”, “economic life” and “work”), while attempting to highlight the critical dimension of sociological thinking, especially in relation to formalistic perceptions that may dominate in some management and economic theoretical approaches.
After the successful completion of this course, the student will:
· Understand the social dimension of economic life.
· Be aware of the scientific and technical organization of work and its dimensions.
· Have knowledge of scientific and technical organization of organizations, administrative functions, political and cultural life.
· Acquire sociological perception.
