On-site participants

For the smooth organisation of the event, on-site participants are kindly requested to be at the Koraes Library the latest at 09:45. This will allow us to start the event at 10:00 sharp and respect the agenda and the online speakers. 

Upon their arrival, on-site participants will be kindly requested to fill in an Authorisation Form (there will be copies at the meeting venue). This will enable us to provide the European Commission’s DG MARE with pictures and/or videos of our event for further promotion. The pictures and/or videos could be disseminated via DG MARE’s social media and screened at events during the following year.
